After finishing my homework, I usually spend some time reading books or watching a movie. Sometimes I chat with my friends online or play games for a while. But I always remember to go to bed before 10:30. I think getting enough sleep is very important for a healthy body.
In my free time, I like to exercise. I often run in the park near my home. Sometimes I go swimming with my parents. These activities make me feel energetic and happy.
I don't have a complicated lifestyle, but I am satisfied with it. I believe that if we live in a balanced way, we can enjoy life more. My lifestyle may not be perfect, but it works for me, and that's what matters most.
